01 Service scope

Burnish is an AI-commerce-readiness product for Shopify merchants, available on the Shopify App Store. Some features may be staged or rolled out progressively.

02 Pre-install scan participation

Submitting your email and store URL requests a pre-install scan report. It does not install the app or create a subscription; installing Burnish and activating a plan happen separately through the Shopify App Store and Shopify Billing.

By submitting a pre-install scan form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and authorize Burnish to store and use that business contact and store information to process the request, deliver scan results when applicable, and contact you about Burnish.

03 Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for reviewing any catalog changes before approving them inside the product.

04 Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify Billing on your Shopify invoice. Plans, prices and trial lengths are those published on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. You can change or cancel a plan from within the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Shopify handles refunds under its own policies.

The Burnish brand, site content, and software are proprietary unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of your own store data and content.
