Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Burnish website, early-access program, and any future access to the Burnish Shopify application. This page is a launch-ready scaffold and may be refined before broad public availability.

1. Service scope

Burnish is an AI-commerce-readiness product for Shopify merchants. During early access, some features may be limited, staged, or available only to invited merchants.

2. Early-access participation

Submitting your email and store URL does not guarantee immediate access. Burnish may invite merchants into the first cohort based on fit, rollout constraints, and operational readiness.

3. Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for reviewing any catalog changes before approving them inside the product.

4. Billing

Paid plans are expected to run through Shopify billing once the app is publicly available. Public pricing and plan details are shown for transparency, but access remains staged during early rollout.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

Burnish measures and improves AI-commerce readiness, but does not guarantee rankings, mentions, conversions, or revenue outcomes on third-party AI platforms.

6. Intellectual property

The Burnish brand, site content, and software are proprietary unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of your own store data and content.
