to polish a store until the answer names it.
A store can be excellent and absent.
For twenty years, being found meant being listed. Write the pages, earn the links, hold your rank, and the shelf did the rest.
Then the shelf became a sentence.
A question that once opened ten tabs now returns one answer, and it names two or three stores. Everyone else is not ranked lower. They are not in the sentence.
A catalogue can be complete, the reviews real, the policies fair, and a model still has nothing specific to say.
Absence is not a penalty notice. It is a silence, and it does not announce itself.
What does it take to be named?
Not volume. Not tricks. Not another mirror. The first tools for this era are dashboards that show you your absence, weekly. A mirror does not polish.
What it takes is a store a machine can read, check, and safely repeat.
So we ask five assistants the questions your buyers ask, and keep every answer with a date and an engine attached.
We score the store from 0 to 100 and name the eight things that move the score. With your approval, we close them in your Shopify catalogue.
Then we measure again.

Two limits we keep.
Attribution is reported as correlation, not a randomised trial. No confidence band under ten samples.
Both make our numbers smaller and slower to arrive. Both stay.
The name is the method.
In the metal trade, to burnish is to polish by rubbing: small passes, repeated, until the surface shines. We took the name because we took the method.
