Three plans: Presence, Authority, Omnipresence
Burnish has three tiers: Presence, Authority, and Omnipresence. Most stores choose between Presence and Authority. Presence starts with a 7-day free trial and Authority with a 14-day free trial; Omnipresence has no trial and is charged immediately.
Your whole catalog is scanned every 24 hours on every tier, including before you pick a plan. Plans do not limit how many products are scanned — they set how many you can optimize, how many assistants are sampled, and how deep the reporting goes.
Presence
Presence is $149 per month, or $1,430 a year. It tracks your visibility across three AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini), includes 300 product optimizations and 20 AI-written articles a month, 1,500 AI answers a month, 50 tracked queries, competitor tracking, directional revenue attribution, and 2 team seats.
Authority
Authority is $299 per month, or $2,870 a year. It adds Claude and Grok for five assistants in total, raises you to 1,000 optimizations and 40 articles a month and 3,000 AI answers, and adds what Presence does not have: per-action revenue lift, the cohort ROI table, deeper competitor analysis, custom brand voice, priority support, and 5 team seats.
Authority tracks the same 50 queries Presence does. The upgrade buys depth — five assistants instead of three, dollar-level attribution, and competitor reasoning — not a longer query list.
Omnipresence
Omnipresence is $649 per month, or $6,230 a year. It's the top tier for multi-store setups and larger catalogs: 2,000 optimizations, 150 articles and 7,500 AI answers a month, 100 tracked queries, unlimited seats, a multi-store dashboard, white-label reports, API access, and outbound webhooks. Charged immediately, with no free trial.
Which to choose
Choose Presence if you are getting started and want steady visibility wins. Choose Authority if you run a larger catalog, or want dollar-level proof of what your changes earn.
Paying annually saves about 20% on both Presence and Authority.
