Adding your own discovery queries
The Visibility board
Your tracked questions live on the Visibility page in Burnish, shown as a leaderboard with live stats for each one. You can shape this list to match what matters to your store.
What you can do
- Add a question of your own with the Add query button.
- Track a suggested question from the ideas Burnish proposes for your store.
- Pin a question so it stays on your board and is not displaced.
- Archive a question to remove it, and restore it later from the archive.
- Filter by intent to focus on category, comparison, transactional, or problem-solving questions.
How many you can track
Each plan has a limit on tracked questions:
- Free trial: 20 questions.
- Presence and Authority: 50 questions.
- Omnipresence: 200 questions.
Questions can be 8 to 300 characters. Archived questions do not count against your limit. If your board is full, the lowest-value unpinned questions make room for stronger ones, and Burnish suggests swaps when an archived question would outperform an active one.
Pin the handful of questions you most want to win. Pinned questions are protected, so they always stay on your board.
