Changing your plan
You can change plans any time from Settings, on the Pricing tab. Pick the plan you want and confirm. Burnish sends you to Shopify's billing screen to approve the change, and your new plan is active as soon as you do.
How billing is handled
Billing runs through Shopify, so charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Shopify prorates automatically: upgrade mid-cycle and you pay only for the days left at the new rate; downgrade and the lower limits apply going forward.
About the trial
Your 7-day free trial applies only to your first subscription. Later changes, like upgrading, downgrading, or reinstalling on the same store, take effect immediately and are billed without a new trial.
Upgrading unlocks the new tier's higher caps and features right away, so there is no waiting for a cycle to turn over.
