Why connection is lost

Burnish works through Shopify access that can expire, or that needs renewing when Burnish adds new capabilities. When that happens, a Re-authorize banner appears on your dashboard.

Reconnecting

1. Click Re-authorize on the banner. It takes you straight to Shopify's permission screen.
2. Approve the access. You will not be asked to type your store address again; Burnish carries it for you.
3. You are returned to Burnish, and the connection is restored.

What you are granting

Re-authorizing grants everything Burnish needs in one step. The Burnish pixel access is part of every plan, and reading order totals for revenue lift is part of Authority and above.
