Burnish measures your visibility by querying the AI assistants shoppers actually use. Which ones depends on your plan:
- Free trial and Presence: ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
- Authority and Omnipresence: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok, all five.
What each query tests
For each assistant, Burnish asks the kinds of questions a shopper would, then reads the answer for a few things:
- Whether you appear when someone asks about products like yours.
- How prominently you show up among the options.
- How you are described, including sentiment and whether the facts are right.
- Whether your store is cited, linking back to your domain.
Higher plans check more assistants and refresh more often, so they give a fuller, fresher picture of your AI visibility.
